So...I bought a pork loin at Costco. A 10 pound pork loin! Perfect for the smoker!

That is one huge chunk o pork!

Trimmed, seasoned, and ready for the smoker.


Gettin happy with the taters.

Garlic and rosemary on those taters.

All done!

Mmmmmmmm


So good!
