Fired up my smoker for the first time today.

Prepping the bird.

Trimming off the excess fat.



Hooray! I'm going to be a delicious meal!


Rubbin' dat chicken...oh yeah!


Hands are perfectly seasoned.

As is the bird.

Can ready to humiliate the chicken.

White wine, rosemary, thyme, and garlic.


Ready for the smoker.

Sitting on the can....literally.

Smoker....smokin'.

Just put the bird in.

About an hour in. I had to peek.

About two and a half hours.


Fresh out of the smoker.

All carved up and ready to eat. I wish you could smell my house right now! Wow! And the chicken was so tender an moist! I will totally be doing this again! And again! And...well...you get the idea.
