It was way too hot to go for a walk today. Or at least I didn't feel like braving the heat to go for a walk. So....you get dinnner!

$5.99 at Aldi. It's huge and it's actually pretty tasty. But...I think I can make better!

Next, the onion. Fine dice. You don't want to chomp on a huge piece.

Red and green bell pepper. Medium dice.

It's looking pretty festive at this point.

Love these things! Jalapeno stuffed green olives.

Don't know about you, but my stomach at this point was well and truly grumbling.

A little sprinkle of cheese on top just to hold everything together. And who doesn't love a little more cheese on their pizza? In the oven it goes!
