Dinner tonight with some friends at Liberte in Chicago.

Split pea soup with chipoltle peppers.

Scallops with asparagus and black rice.

Crab Cake

Hummus with toasted house made tortilla.

Skirt steak with frites and chimichurri.

Spanish octopus with fingerling potatoes.

Salmon with pureed Peruvian potatoes.

Braised lamb.
