Missed Taco Tuesday this week. So we had a makeup Non-Taco Thursday!

Chicken with garlic mashed potatoes. There is literally a whole head of broccoli on the plate!

They just took whole head of broccoli, steamed it, and threw it on the plate! I'm not saying it wasn't tasty. But it's a first for me.

Prime Rib au jus sandwich. Super tasty!

Finally got a walk in after work. And spring is definitely here!
