We finally have our first official snow fall of the year. Yay? Long day at work...again. I know. I sound like a broken record.

Another cold, drizzly day. I have whole lotta not much. So here's an Orchid from my local Trader Joe's. Pretty color.

So...this happened. I think I've decided that my arteries are evil and must be punished!

Sausage, Ham, Egg, Havarti cheese on a toasted roll. NOT cardiologist approved! But super yummy!

Super cold and windy today. We had rain yesterday that turned to freezing rain, and then to sleet. Made everything really slippery on the drive to work this morning. That's why no picture yesterday. I did not leave the house.

Those are from my after work festivities on Wednesday. 11 more bags of leaves. And those are mulched leaves. That's a lotta leaves!

Hopefully I'm done with this not so little job for the year. Picking up the leaves!

Chilly day! But I went out for a walk anyway.

Loooong day at work. Our first snow is finally here. And fortunately, I'm not on call!

Just walked in the door. Poured a glass of this very yummy wine. And waiting for the snow to start.

Met a friend for dinner tonight at California Taco. Sorry mom!

Colder weather means busting out the slow cooker and making something hot and hearty.

White chicken chili! Sorry for the one potato picture. I had a friend over and we were chatting while I was finishing off the chili. Really tasty!

It would have been really ironic if there had been snow on this guy.

Two crazy late nights at work. It was just bucketing down rain on my way home yesterday so I didn't get to get out and take a picture. This one is right outside my house. Sorry...it's late and I'm beat. You get what you get.

Feel the hype!!!! Today is a big day! Been waiting 3 years for the new Fallout game!

Met a friend for lunch at Cantina Laredo.

Unseasonably warm. A bit windy though.

Barbacoa tacos. The meat was tasty. But the pickled onions were a bit overpowering.

Didn't post anything yesterday because I was just too damn tired. Finally back home after dog sitting for a friend for the days. And I worked all damn day. This is pretty much all I want to do right now.

Little trip to the Old Market. Went through an antique/kitsch store. Lots of fun stuff.

So..after being home sick all day, I go over to my friends house to start dog sitting and this is what greets me on the walkway up to the front door.
